Jake Rucker

Jake Rucker is a Director at Banyan Residential, where he is responsible for analyzing, executing and managing Banyan’s investment pipeline. Prior to Banyan, Mr. Rucker served as an Acquisitions Associate for JRK Investors, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm focusing on multifamily and hospitality opportunities across the country. While at JRK, Mr. Rucker sourced and evaluated multifamily investments for two discretionary funds with $3.5 billion in purchasing power. During his tenure, Mr. Rucker led the due diligence and closing of over 3,500 units and $800 million for JRK’s acquisitions team.
Jake received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles.
