Cameron Nikroo is a Director at Banyan Residential, where he is responsible for analyzing potential nationwide opportunities and executing on Banyan’s existing acquisition and development pipeline. Prior to Banyan, Mr. Nikroo was an analyst at Live Oak in Austin, Texas where he was involved In underwriting and helping with office and industrial acquisitions and developments across Central Texas totaling approximately $300 million.
Prior to Live Oak, Mr. Nikroo was an investment sales broker focusing on office and flex products across Central Texas.
Mr. Nikroo received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
