Jake Rucker
Vice President of Real Estate Investments
Jake Rucker is the Vice President of Real Estate Investments at Banyan Residential, where he is responsible for analyzing, executing and managing Banyan’s investment pipeline. Prior to Banyan, Mr. Rucker served as an Acquisitions Associate for JRK Investors, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm focusing on multifamily and hospitality opportunities across the country. While at JRK, Mr. Rucker sourced and evaluated multifamily investments for two discretionary funds with $3.5 billion in purchasing power. During his tenure, Mr. Rucker led the due diligence and closing of over 3,500 units and $800 million for JRK’s acquisitions team.
Jake received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles.
